Robotic resin development tailored to your needs

TYVcure

The TYVcure brand focuses on "no-dig" (trenchless) Cured-In-Place Pipe (CIPP) technologies for the rehabilitation of industrial, commercial, and residential sewers and pipelines. Our solutions cover short liner (patch) repairs, full-length long liner installations (shaft-to-shaft), and specialized joint repairs.

TYVlayer

The TYVlayer brand encompasses a versatile range of high-performance resin systems based on Epoxy, Polyurea (PUA), Indirect Polyurea, and Polyurea-Epoxy Hybrid chemistries. These are designed for demanding industrial and commercial applications including industrial/commercial flooring, protective coatings for concrete and metal structures, waterproofing, and joint filling.

TYVseal

The TYVseal brand offers specialized polyurethane-polyurea hybrid resin solutions designed for concrete repair tasks and joint filling in industrial, commercial, and residential settings. This includes the N-Series for concrete defect repair and the G-Series for joint filling and crack injection.

Epoxy Resins

Epoxy resins engineered for superior durability and chemical resistance.

Methacrylate Resins

Methacrylate resins engineered for superior durability and chemical resistance.

Silicate Resins

Silicate resins engineered for superior durability and chemical resistance.

Silicate Resins (3P Resins® Family)

Polinvent's most well-known product family, achieving worldwide use, particularly for the Short-Liner CIPP method. These are two-component systems, typically combining a waterglass solution (Component A) with an isocyanate-based blend (Component B), forming a light emulsion upon mixing.

  • Extremely Fast Setting:Tailored cure times for different conditions (e.g., TYVcure 3PX for extreme cold, 3PW for winter/cold, 3PS for summer/warm).
  • High Mechanical Strength:Compressive strength typically ≥40−50MPa, Flexural strength typically ≥20−30MPa.
  • Chemical Resistance:Highly resistant to common chemicals like H2SO4, HNO3, and oil.
  • Minimal Shrinkage:≤0.1% linear shrinkage.
  • Strong Adhesion:Bonds well to various pipe materials (PVC, concrete, steel, vitrified clay).

Epoxy Resins (TYVcure EPL Series)

A range of two-component epoxy coating systems (Component A: epoxy blend, Component B: amine blend) specifically formulated for the repair and renovation of drains and sewage pipes via CIPP methods, suitable for impregnating liners (hoses).

  • Versatile Curing:Options for ambient or elevated temperature curing (hot air or steam).
  • Variable Cure Speeds:Tailored for different section lengths (e.g., EPL20 for short sections/cold temps, EPL60 for medium lengths).
  • High Mechanical Properties:Young's modulus often more than 3000MPa, Flexural strength more than 80 - 100MPa.
  • Chemical Resistance:Excellent resistance to a wide range of chemicals.
  • Strong Adhesion:Bonds effectively to PVC, concrete, and steel.

Methacrylate Resins (UV-Curable)

A significant area of innovation involves UV-light curable resins for CIPP. These are typically one-component systems, pre-formulated with the necessary UV initiator, eliminating the need for on-site mixing. The primary chemistry is methacrylate-based, with one variant utilizing epoxymethacrylate.

Key Advantage: Styrene-Free

All resins in this line are completely Styrene-free, addressing significant environmental, health, and safety concerns associated with traditional styrene-based resins (unsaturated polyesters, vinyl esters).

General Benefits

  • Enhanced Safety: Higher flash point (more than 100°C) reduces fire/explosion risk
  • Improved Work Environment: Significantly reduced odor during application
  • Dimensional Stability: Negligible shrinkage upon curing ensures tight fit
  • Excellent Adhesion: Bond well to vitrified clay, concrete, steel, and PVC

This range includes our latest innovations, TYVcure Viscorise and TYVcure OrganiX, offering unique advantages for modern CIPP applications. Applications include both inversion lining and short-liner repairs, with curing achieved via UV light (approx. 400nm±20nm).

TYVcure Viscorise

TYVcure Viscorise

Our revolutionary UV-curable resin with exceptional viscosity control. Viscorise features an innovative viscosity optimization system that allows it to be applied as a low-viscosity liquid for easy impregnation, then transform to a higher viscosity gel state during installation to prevent dripping and ensure perfect positioning.

  • Smart viscosity transition technology
  • Minimal resin loss during installation
  • Superior handling in vertical and overhead applications
  • Extended working time before UV curing
  • Leak-tight seal forming a complete, watertight barrier for reliable pipe rehabilitation
TYVcure OrganiX

TYVcure OrganiX

Our eco-friendly resin formulation designed with environmental sustainability in mind. OrganiX contains a significant percentage of bio-based carbon content derived from renewable plant sources, reducing reliance on petroleum-based raw materials while maintaining exceptional performance characteristics.

  • High bio-based carbon content from sustainable sources
  • Reduced carbon footprint compared to traditional resins
  • Zero VOC emissions during application and curing
  • Meets or exceeds performance of conventional systems
